Silk Dental Wellness is dental wellness practice that provides a full range of dental service with 360 wellness in mind.

These specialized services are provided by a Board-Eligible Prosthodontist/Dental Specialist with 20+ years of experience.

(2) Healthy mouth cleanings
If you have gum/disease, this include the initial full mouth debridement (FMD) and the periodontal maintenance after deep cleaning. NOTE: Does NOT include deep cleaning
(2) 4 Bitewing x-rays (cavity detection x-rays) and (1) panoramic xray at the start of your plan and if needed, every 5 years if you continue on this plan

PLUS - 25% Discount* on Majority of Cosmestic & Dental Services including ALL Dental Whitenings**
* Discount is reduced to 15%IF CARE CREDIT or any 3rd party financing due to the fees that these financing company charges. In addition, the plans discount cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, insurance, discount plans or advertisements.
**Excludes: Orthodontic Services, Dental Products, Any Anesthetic/Oraverse/Sedation Services, 3rd Party Services and specialty treatment that may be offer that are “medically” related.
