Eat food rich in vitamin D. Dairy products or calcium supplements will help build strong teeth and prevent cavities! Cutting back on acidic foods can also help. An apple a day might keep the doctor away, but it can keep your dentist close!

Find a good toothpaste that contains fluoride to keep your teeth healthy and clean, keeping strong enamel.
